Job Description:
Job Summary
The User Specialist is responsible for supporting the DCT Shipping and Returns Strategy team and any related internal stakeholders during the project lifecycle and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
Supports product owners through data mining and research.
Monitors and responds to production issues and project requests.
Contributes to ideation and decision-making on strategic initiatives.
Conducts ad-hoc system testing and deployment verification.
Provides input to the implementation and deployment of various projects.
Qualifications:
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiarity with Business Process Analysis, Problem-Solving, Agile methodology
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong time management and organization skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent work experience - Preferred
Hybrid workplace; onsite days are required
