Job Duties
· Immediate response to open shift coverage when dispatched by the management team.
· Knowledge of all local vertical markets to include:
· Engage in conflict resolution on site
· Assists client with duties as assigned.
· Aids in maintaining an orderly workplace.
· Trains new personnel on the proper procedures and policies under direction of management.
· Makes decisions regarding the safety & security of the site with the aid of United Protective Services post orders.
· Maintains daily activity logs in accordance to post orders.
· Creates incident reports for unique incidents on site.
· Observes and reports all suspicious activity in accordance with post orders.
· Ensures all United Protective Services equipment is well maintained and accounted for before, during and after each shift.
· Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
· Ability to work outside in the elements.
· Additional job duties may be assigned as necessary.
· Superior customer service skills are required!
· Must be able to engage in conversation with clients, customers and vendors.
Scheduled hours of; Saturday & Sunday; 07:00-3pm. Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday; 3pm-11pm. OFF on Thursday and Friday.
