Job Details:
- FT/PT Status: Full Time.
- Shift: Mid - (Start time) 11:00am.
- Consecutive days off after 90 days of employment.
- Hourly Rate:Guaranteed base of $21.00/hour and up to $25.68/hour with productivity bonuses (if achieved – program described below).

We distribute products to national and independent grocers, restaurants, schools, and other institutions from local farmers and growers across the globe.

Bonus Structure:
- Potential productivity bonus every two weeks of $250-$375.
- New hire bonus of $1,000.
- Referral bonus $1,000.
Responsibilities:
- Fill orders accurately by selecting products from the warehouse.
- Verify quantity and condition of product using voice picking.
- Secure products on pallets and build according to prescribed procedures.
- Shrink-wrap product for staging and transporting pallets to the shipping dock.
- Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to move the product.
- Prepare merchandise for loading trucks.
- Follow company-preferred work standards at all times.
- Safely operate all warehouse equipment and adhere to safety rules.
- Meet selection and accuracy goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Comfortable with operating powered industrial equipment.
- Ability to lift between 40-70 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic English comprehension required.
- Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift.
- Work in a chilled/wet environment between 34°-55°.
