Administrative Associate to Director of Security

Overview:

We are looking for a superstar Administrative Associate to be the right hand to the Director of Security at our client's site in Greenwich, and provide administrative support as well as assist with special projects, presentations and management of the program.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, phone coverage, calendar management, travel arrangements, drafting of correspondence, compiling data, and maintaining departmental record-keeping and filing systems.
• Additional functions covering a wide range of departmental operations.
• Acts promptly to address concerns and triages requests and problems through the appropriate channels.
• Assists in the coordination and implementation of special projects, events, meetings and training.
• Ownership of ongoing projects supporting the department and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years' of successful experience functioning in an administrative/executive assistant role

Bachelors' degree strongly preferred

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and well versed in Internet research and navigation.

Exceptional customer service skills

High level communication and interpersonal skills

"Can do" positive attitude, ability to juggle multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong desire to support and do the right thing all the time

• This role must be based onsite In Bridgeport or Greenwich CT
• Full vaccination is required for this role
