- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and provide tailored recommendations based on their requirements.
- Conduct on-site visits to evaluate properties for solar panel installation feasibility.
- Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to installation.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track customer interactions and manage leads effectively.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Knowledge of the solar energy market and products is advantageous.
- Familiarity with energy sales, technical sales, or door-to-door sales.
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills to guide customers through decision-making processes.
