Job Description: As the Director of Dealer Recruitment at United Solar, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new sales representatives and dealer partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to attract top talent and grow our dealer network, ultimately driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify Prospective Dealers: Utilize market research, networking, and industry knowledge to identify potential sales representatives, dealer partners, and teams that align with our company's values and objectives.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract qualified candidates interested in becoming solar energy sales representatives or establishing dealer partnerships.
- Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach and screening to interviewing and selecting the most suitable candidates. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective dealers, sales teams, and industry influencers to promote our company's brand and value proposition. Act as a liaison between the company and potential partners to address inquiries and negotiate partnership terms.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials and resources for new dealers and sales representatives. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure the success and retention of recruited partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and dealer performance. Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve recruitment strategies and optimize dealer performance.

Requirements
- Solar Industry Experience Required
- Proven track record of success in sales recruitment, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
