Bachelor’s degree or be within one year of attaining your degree or have secured a placement in either Medical school, Residency, or as a Board Certified Provider.

Qualifications
- Completion of Officer Training School (OTS), Air Force Academy (AFA) or Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC)
- Must be at least 17, but has not reached age 42 on the date of enlistment
