Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
*Utilizing terminologies, methodologies, and research and analytical techniques of target analysis, weaponeering, target materials, force application, execution planning, damage assessment, and target database management functions contained in the targeting cycle as they apply to Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles (TLAMs).
*Applying photogrammetric theory sufficient to oversee the development of geo-positioning products, which include aim points, vertical update points, Terminal Area Digital Terrain Matrices, and Digital Scene Mapping Area Correlator maps in support of TLAM flight route development.
*Understanding a wide range of IT tools, principles, concepts and methods as it relates to missile mission planning and mission distribution systems.
*Obtaining the physical characteristics, capabilities, limitations, functional interrelationships, and doctrine for employment of potential adversarial weapon systems, command control networks, military units, logistics support networks, and industrial/economic base.
*Preparing and presenting briefings in a thorough and persuasive manner.
