Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing technical guidance to all levels of command personnel. Experience preparing acquisition packages and uploading them into an acquisition tracking system. Experience assisting with market research, government cost estimates, and contract deliverables. Experience with surveillance monitoring, evaluating and reporting contractor performance measuring. Experience assisting with post-contract performance reports. Experience administering Advanced Skills Management (ASM) system and creating statistical reports for management. Experience maintaining the comprehensive course catalog library in the Individual Development Plan Database (IDP).
