United Talent is currently seeking a Sales associate for an RV Dealership in the Ashland, KY area! If you are a motivate, dependable, hard-working sales individual looking for a fun work environment this is for you! Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
Job Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
Understand and adhere to the dealership sales processes and training.
Prospect and contact potential customers.
-Reach agreed upon monthly sales target.
-Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest products.
-Remain up to date on products, industry, and current dealership inventory.
Pay and Shift: Pay will be $15.00 an hour, shift is Monday- Saturday 8:30-5:00pm
Essential Sales Skills:
-Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields.
-Excellent communication skills with a positive, friendly attitude.
-Familiarity with CRM platforms and a willingness to learn.
-Ability to build rapport with clients and customer service minded.
-Strong negotiation skills.
-Deadline and detail-oriented.
