Responsibilities
This role supports the VP, Business Operations and Field Enablement and will assist in planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing home office business operations across multiple assigned departments in support of the company’s overall success, with a focus on achievement of short and long-term operational goals.
This position will be onsite at our home office in Carrollwood.
Medical Supply Inventory Management:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of medical supply inventory, including purchasing, negotiation with suppliers, procurement strategies, and addressing shortages.
- Manage vendor relationships and address challenges to ensure a consistent and reliable supply of medical resources for outpatient vein disease services.
Inventory Tracking System (ENVI):
- Serve as the owner of the ENVI inventory tracking system, responsible for its deployment, ongoing usage, and optimization.
- Implement and manage processes related to the tracking and efficient utilization of medical inventory through the ENVI system.
Process Improvement:
- Act as a process improvement champion, focusing on optimizing supply chain and procurement processes.
- Extend process improvement initiatives to home office operations, identifying and implementing large-scale improvements that enhance overall efficiency.
Field Operations Collaboration:
- Internally own and navigate partnerships with the field operations team to ensure seamless coordination between operational and clinical functions.
- Collaborate with the field operations team to address specific challenges and optimize processes for outpatient vein disease services
Technology Solutions:
- Provide leadership in identifying and implementing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Explore and integrate innovative technologies that contribute to improved supply chain management and overall business operations.
KPI Tracking Ownership:
- Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain, inventory management, and overall business operations.
- Regularly track and analyze KPI data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Process Improvement Mindset:
- Leverage a seasoned business professional background to bring a process improvement mindset to all aspects of the role.
- Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance supply chain, procurement, and other operational functions.
Miscellaneous:
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with UVVC policies, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other applicable laws and regulations. PHI is a top priority of our organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or supply chain management preferred.
- 3-5 years of supply chain management experience
- 5-7 years of people management experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of procurement experience preferred.
- 3-5 years process improvement preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with Envi or another inventory tracking system preferred.
- Dependable; able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards for the role.
