Position-Specific Responsibilities & Duties; Primary Essential Duties:
- Assist in ambulation and transfers of residents with or without assistive devices while ensuring resident safety and comfort.
- Ability to successfully and safely operate a patient lift device.
- Transport residents to the appointments using a car or van.
- Share information and observations with those who have responsibility to act.
Position Requirements:
- Valid PA driver’s license to operate company vehicle(s).
- Ability to read road signs and maps.
- Knowledge of operating a vehicle.
- Proper lifting and assisting techniques for handling residents.
- Computer experience.
