Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for intake and review of configuration requests related to system requirements, impact to users and offers alternative recommendations where feasible based on application functionality
- Maximizes system capabilities to enhance population outcomes and create efficiencies supporting program value through configuration and reporting efforts
- Utilizes critical analysis to plan, problem solve, and mitigate risk in the deployment and implementation of application upgrades
- In conjunction with department leadership, ensures departmental processes are consistent with CMS standards and regulations
- Responsible for TruCare business rules maintenance and validation checkpoints
- Acts as a change agent with departmental leaders regarding configuration, reporting and system functionality
- Serves as the subject matter expert for TruCare configuration and reporting capabilities

Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience
Required Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience working in a healthcare-related field
- 1 years of experience monitoring research and help resolve health tickets
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery
- Ability to properly drive and operate a company vehicle
- Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in working with healthcare related software in a reporting
- 1 years of experience with configuration
- Agile experience
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel automation and proficiency with Visio

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
