Primary Responsibilities:

The statements listed below are not intended to be all inclusive of the duties and responsibilities of the position.  Based on leadership decisions and business needs, “all other duties as assigned” will be expected for each position.

  • Utilize maintenance software and reporting tools to analyze data related to facility maintenance activities, costs, performance metrics, and trends.  Interpret findings to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern
  • Collaborate with facilities management team members to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in maintenance processes.  Propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Work with predictive maintenance models and algorithms to anticipate equipment failures, prioritize maintenance activities, and minimize downtime.  Analyze predictive maintenance data to refine models and improve accuracy over time
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate analytical findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to key stakeholders.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in facility management and maintenance analytics.  Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA and ADA requirements, and company policies related to facility operations and maintenance
  • Travel is 10% for facilities support

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance analytics, data analysis, or related field
  • Experience with database management, data manipulation, and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Nuvolo)
  • Proficiency in utilizing maintenance software systems (e.g., CMMS) for data input, analysis, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance concepts and methodologies 
  • Understanding of therapeutic physical environment in a clinic setting to reduce environmental stressors; implementing of calming effects to alleviate patient anxiety

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies in facilities management and maintenance analytics
  • Ability to approach problems logically, break them down into manageable components, and develop data-driven solutions
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and achieving measurable results
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $58,300 to $114,300 annually Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
