Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with Executive in support of them and organization objectives
Manage a highly volatile and complex calendar with Microsoft applications, support travel and expense processing
Be the primary interface, representing the Executive in making meeting arrangements and ensuring their presence at key company meetings/venues
Assist with creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, e-mail communications and reports
Help make judgments on requests and prioritize on behalf of the Executive
Ensure they are prepared for meetings - presentation, travel, attendance
Monitor and support progress of key business and operational activities
Request follow ups and take follow up actions to support project deliverables
Monitor the Executive’s email and the review/approval system to identify urgent requests
Key Skills:
Collaborate with EA peers to ensure best possible reputation of CCO and Communications organization
Handle highly confidential information discreetly
Work independently while being the consummate team player inside and outside the function
Adept at managing multiple priorities
Possess solid emotional intelligence
Demonstrate tactical and strategic thinking
Willingness to learn about communications, technology, and organizational management

Required Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent experience
5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Suite level executives
Experience providing support in an Executive environment and interactions with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization
Experience with fast-paced, externally facing organizations (i.e., Communications, Marketing, Government/Public Affairs)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management experience
Solid communication skills – verbal and written
