Marketing Managers lead and manage planning and execution for key clients, collaborating across multiple internal groups (UHC, Optum & Surest) to deliver seamless multi-channel communications that enhance the quality and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Consult with internal and external customers to develop customer-specific consumer marketing strategies designed to create consumer behavior change
- Collaborate with strategy partners and the product team to create consumer in-app messaging and marketing campaigns for a key client interested in revolutionizing care paths
- Create creative briefs to kick-off the campaigns across creative, product, and other cross functional areas
- Understand the long-term outcomes we are trying to impact, and which behaviors are important to driving those outcomes and creating behavior change
- Develop behaviorally-informed strategies, visual and content designs that improve the member experience
- Design and improve conversations and mobile health interventions that grow, nurture, and retain member engagement to achieve better outcomes
- Collaborate with a broader community of UX designers, researchers, behavioral scientists, and designers to work collaboratively across UHC and Surest
- Establish project plans and schedules with cross functional teams to make sure all impacted stakeholders understand the project
- Prepare and execute realistic project schedules for individual team including milestones and deliverables using internal tools
- Work with all internal and external cross functional teams including fulfillment, email, in-app tools, analytics, creative, consultant and data
- Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget and aligned with the Surest pillars and customer objectives
- Develop post-campaign performance reports that demonstrate behavior change and ROI
- Serve as subject matter expert to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of consumer marketing and project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with WorkFront project management system helpful
- Experience nurturing and cultivating client relationships
- Knowledge of the behavioral science and behavioral marketing
- Curiosity for business development
- Demonstrated success working in a role where ambiguous direction is provided
- Excellent planning and organization skills with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while implementing projects
- Ability to build relationships with partners in a highly matrixed organization
