The Marketing Technology Compliance Analyst is an individual contributor on the Marketing Innovation and Technology team within the Optum Enterprise Marketing Capabilities organization. The primary responsibilities for this role include developing, managing, and executing strategies for marketing technology and data compliance; designing and developing solutions for ensuring and documenting our marketing technology and data compliance; measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of our compliance solutions; and applying and maintaining knowledge of the internal, industry, federal and international compliance landscapes.

The Marketing Technology Compliance Analyst will work directly with a vast suite of technologies, including the marketing automation tool (Eloqua), customer relationship management platform (Salesforce), content management system (Adobe Experience Manager), and chat bot (Drift). The Marketing Technology Compliance Analyst is a key contributor in ensuring our suite of marketing technologies, the data within them, and communications sent from them are compliant with internal and external regulations. This role requires a mix of technical savvy skills in digital marketing, marketing automation technology, sales enablement technology and a flare for problem solving.
