Join Optum Digital as a Product Manager where you will oversee feature-level development for our Find Care solution. You will help healthcare consumers find providers who deliver the highest quality care at the lowest costs to drive positive outcomes. Primary Responsibilities:
- Own a targeted Find Care feature set & roadmap through definition and delivery of prioritized enhancements and maintenance
- Partner with product leadership & key business stakeholders to to contribute to building and defining product strategy
- Lead the product discovery by working closely with a cross-functional team to define design, solution approach, feature requirements, and sprint plan for roadmap items
- Work alongside with an engineering counterpart to execute successful and on-schedule delivery of roadmap items
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to build alignment on solutions driven by defined problem statements
- Contribute to a strong Optum Digital product culture of continuous development, rapid test and learn and with a consumer-first perspective
- Work with Engineering and Design teams to decide what products to build with a deep understanding of why
- Bring focus to product teams by being the voice of the customer and leveraging data and input from the wider company.
- Conduct deep product analysis and use the data to guide the short- and long-term roadmap for the team
- Test release candidates and participate in the Product Management approval process for deployment
- Identify project issues and work with the project team to provide solutions or escalates to avoid project delays

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years in product management for a technology solution
- Experience delivering solutions through a user-centered design process
- Experience with Agile project management methods and terminology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using data to identify product opportunities as well as support hypotheses to define and communicate business cases for new roadmap initiatives
- Healthcare industry experience
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Experience building consumer-facing products
- Effective & targeted communication skills for varied audiences including executives as well as engineering team members
- Demonstrated attention to detail including ability to manage multiple, challenging priorities at one time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical people
- Strong analytical mindset

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
