As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating customer problems into engaging solutions. Product Owners work on digital solutions, interacting with development teams, technology, and the broader enterprise to ensure that features and capabilities within the digital portfolio are built to ensure the best-possible user experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Thinking strategically to translate a vision of customer experience into processes and requirements
- Articulating requirements to the technology organization through Features, Epics and User Stories
- Representing the product organization in all conversations and aspects with the technology team responsible for delivery
- Ensuring product-line and product delivery
- Working collaboratively with Product Management and enterprise-cross functional teams to support go-to-market strategies and initiatives
- Developing, maintaining and evangelizing product-line value proposition
- Forecasting revenue or savings opportunities associated with product development initiatives
- Influencing innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across multiple areas including technology, marketing, experience, and service operations
- Creating and maintaining product documentation, including training materials associated with product capabilities

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of product management/product development in an organization delivering software in a Web/SaaS environment
- Experience being successful in an agile environment
- Mastery of product lifecycle process and experience working with agile software delivery tools (CA Agile, Jira, etc.)
- Ability to achieve goals in a matrixed environment
- Ability to travel occasionally – This position may require travel from time- to-time, but not on a regular basis. The travel may be for training or other work-related duties

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
