If you are located in West Coast / Pacific Standard Time zone, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to track and understand defects, assume accountability and/or ownership to work defects through to resolution
Understand and help to clarify business/technology problems
Present information in a variety of formats (charts, graphs, tables) to help leadership and stakeholders understand requirements and issues
Provide key inputs into project planning, estimation, and task prioritization
Identify and gather non-functional requirements
Actively participate in the adopted software methodology, working with quality engineering to develop test cases

Required Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of experience working for IT organizations with at least three years in a business or systems analysis role
Dependable transportation, as local travel may be required. Some evening, early morning, and weekend work may be required

California or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California or Washington residents is $85,000 to $167,300. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
