DUTIES: Analyze information to determine, recommend and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Confer with data processing or project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities for data processing projects. Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues such as software system design or maintenance; design, implement and maintain client and server-side web and service applications within all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Provide technical support and consultation for developed applications and infrastructure configuration. Analyze project data to determine specification or requirements. Modify software programs to improve performance. Apply mathematical principles or statistical approaches to solve problems in scientific or applied fields; develop, test, implement and maintain web applications working with established development lifecycle processes based on Agile methodologies. Monitor and identify production and non-production application issues. Telecommuting is Available from anywhere in the U. S
REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation. Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Languages/Web Technologies such as TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery or Ajax; Frameworks/Databases such as Angular, Blazor, .NET MVC, Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL.; Devops Tools/ Ides such as Azure, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ Idea, Eclipse, Brackets or Web Storm; Development environment software such as Microsoft Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
RATE OF PAY: $99694- $143,256.00 /year
