Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement Treasury services for new UHG products and processes
- Provide Treasury Consulting Integration Support
- Provide bank and account information and customer service support to Treasury, Business Units, Audit, and others, as required
- Create, enhance, and document process flows and policies and procedures related to bank relationships, contracts, and account maintenance
- Extensive oral and written communication with financial institutions personnel, Enterprise Legal counsel, and other UnitedHealth Group business groups

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field required or related experience
- 1 years of Banking and/or Bank Administration experience
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Project Management experience or training
- Proven solid influence and negotiation skills; the ability to gain acceptance from others of a plan or idea to achieve a beneficial outcome for the enterprise
- Proven solid organizational skills - able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Proven sound business and financial acumen
- Proven excellent communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to navigate dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Proven to be adept at learning new concepts and applying principles and best practices into problem-solving approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
- Professional or Internship experience in Bank or Non-Bank Treasury Management sales or implementation and/or applicable Finance experience including treasury, cash management or financial analysis
- MS Visio and Access
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $56,300 to $110,400 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
