This Kronos/UKG Timekeeping Analyst will provide functional consulting and support to People Team as it relates to Kronos/UKG timekeeping. This position acts as an expert for the payroll function related to Kronos timekeeping and to ensure our Kronos Dimensions system is in order.
This position will help support our Kronos team and will interact with other Human Capital Centers of Excellence (COE) throughout the day-to-day functions of the job, maintaining and promoting key internal and external relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:
Understand existing work rules and Kronos system settings
Act as a functional SME for timekeeping processes
Diagnose issues and system configuration problems and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness within Kronos
Interface with Payroll Operations for HR Direct case resolution
Support acquisition initiatives related to the Kronos system and employee integration
Establish and monitor processes to assess the quality of Payroll data to ensure accurate payroll runs each pay period
Research and identify root causes for problems and own the resolution
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees
Troubleshoot and work with HRIS and HC on any system related initiatives, upgrades and enhancements
Collaborate with Benefits, Rewards & Compensation and HR communities in the support of HR business initiatives
Maintain effective relationships with key internal and external customers and vendors
Other projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Education: BA or BS, CPP desired or equivalent work experience
Experience with Time keeping system best practices, policies, and key areas of optimization and improvement
Support team management experience
Project management experience
Work Requirements: Various hours as needed to support payroll processing
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years functional Kronos time keeping experience and experience with Kronos Dimensions
Kronos Dimensions configuration, support, and implementation experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with hard deadlines simultaneously
Project documentation discipline
Strong analytical, problem solving and payroll functional skills
Knowledge of process re-engineering and change management
Strong knowledge of time keeping requirements and government rules/regulations affecting payroll functions related to time tracking
Experience with acquisition mapping, fit/gap analysis, set up and testing
Strong understanding of how to build efficient payroll time keeping processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
