We are currently seeking a Remote Final Expense Insurance Agent to join our team. As a Final Expense Insurance Agent, your main responsibility will be to assist clients in securing appropriate final expense insurance coverage. This position is commission only based. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a positive impact on individuals and their families during challenging times.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our final expense insurance products, including their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
• Identify prospective customers through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Initiate contact with new and existing customers to understand their final expense insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Highlight the key features of our products, emphasizing how they address the financial burdens associated with end-of-life expenses.
• Expertly address customer inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information about our final expense insurance policies.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to determine suitable coverage options, negotiate prices, and prepare sales agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors to leverage their expertise and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain contact lists and proactively follow up with customers to nurture relationships and address any concerns or questions.
• Present and sell final expense insurance policies to new and existing clients, ensuring they have the coverage that aligns with their financial goals.
• Develop customized plans based on clients' needs, calculating premiums and coverage amounts accurately.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Expand our business reach by employing effective networking techniques and building relationships with referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations, staying up to date with industry changes and best practices.
• Continuously track and identify areas for improvement in sales techniques and customer satisfaction.
• Meet designated sales targets by customizing marketing strategies to effectively sell insurance products to businesses and individuals.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors of our target audience, contributing to the development of targeted marketing events.
• Research previous successful campaigns to gain insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Review the progress and success of events, making necessary adjustments, and pitching ideas for new events to maximize results.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or related fields, with a focus on final expense insurance.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, establishing trust and confidence during sensitive conversations.
• Strong negotiation skills to identify suitable coverage options and address client concerns effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and connect with clients remotely.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy calculations and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time, remote position.

Pay: $89,190 - $152,800 per year, based on experience and performance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay & Commission pay.
