Necessary qualifications and skills: Associate degree will be considered, bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare of IT field, LPN/RN licensure, or certification in ancillary field such as Medical Laboratory Tech (MLT), Pharmacy Tech, Radiology Tech, etc.
Summary: The Clinical Analyst’s role is to assist the Clinical IT team in supporting, troubleshooting, educating, and planning for best practice use of Unity Health’s clinical applications. This includes but is not limited to the main Electronic Medical Record system. This position will also assist with Provider training, support, template customization, etc. The Clinical Analyst will serve as a liaison between Unity Health’s clinical staff and the IT department. This position requires occasional travel for education and training purposes.
Physical Effort: Works in a well-lighted, air-conditioned office. Some travel is required.
Mental Effort: Position is prone to many interruptions and repetitive tasks.
