We are currently seeking a Director of Infusion Services for our growing infusion service line. This position is responsible for the oversight of the Infusion Service Line which includes staff, operations, and delivery of care centered around best practices, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. The Director works collaboratively across all disciplines to provide operationally sound processes and procedures. Must be patient centric, growth oriented, high integrity, flexible and adaptable as a contributor and leader.
Must be experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of infusion/chemotherapy, with a minimum of three years' experience, hands on, preferably in a leadership/managerial role, in a hospital setting.
- Must be an RN in good standing, licensed in the State of Indiana. BSN, Masters preferred.
- BLS required, ACLS within 60 or 90 days of hire
- Chemotherapy certified required; Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred.
