What You'll Be Doing
- Design, implement, and manage Okta-based identity solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and applications.
- Lead the evaluation, testing, and deployment of new identity management technologies and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their identity and access needs, providing expert guidance and customized solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Expertise in implementing and managing SSO, MFA, and identity governance across a complex organizational structure.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of IAM tasks.
- Strong understanding of network and web-related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, routing protocols).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, Administrator, or Consultant.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective identity management services.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.
