OverviewWe're seeking a Network Engineer Intern to join our team! In this role, you will support the local area network infrastructure across multiple facilities at various sites. Intern may participate in consulting services, project management, network performance and capacity, configuration management, security, automated monitoring/alerting, disaster recovery, and deployment of established enterprise standards. Will support the development of operational support documentation for the Network hardware and software to be supported, monitored, and administered by the Operations department.
Onsite: Des Moines, Iowa

ResponsibilitiesNetwork Support
- Support the troubleshooting of network equipment or connection issues (Routers, Layer 2 and 3 switches, Wireless Network Access Points & Controllers, UPS’s, firewalls, etc…)
- Support the planning, coordinating, and implementing of network equipment
- Support operating system upgrades for various network equipment
QualificationsEducation:
- Currently pursuing Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Network Administration, Computer Science or related field.
License(s) Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
