POSITION PROFILE:
Coordinates product movement from Ricoh warehouse to dealers, other Ricoh facilities and direct customers. Communicates daily order volumes and other order information with Planning and Transportation.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Release, print and sort daily orders by carrier and print address labels .
- Update daily shipping spreadsheet with IKN# and carrier information. Enter load plan information into OTM.
- Contact LTL and truckload carriers to schedule pickups to include collect shipments.
- Double check completed pick lists to ensure order accuracy. Confirms all orders are complete piece count and skid count is accurate.
- Contact Transportation and Planning on shipping schedules and final daily shipping totals.
- Ship confirm orders in Oracle WMS, print packing lists and bills of lading.
- Maintain driver-s entry log, complying with C-TPAT compliance to include seals.
- Maintain BOL paperwork regarding SOX compliance.
- Point person to address delivery related issues with Carriers.
- Monitor and follow-up on Dealer Admin inquiries.
- Manage Record Retention on Shipping/Receiving documentation.
- Update/manage reports associated with Inbound and Outbound functions
- Supports safety and Lean initiatives and workplace organization standards in the department assigned.
- Performs other EDC duties as assigned.
