As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Lead Service Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met with the highest level of professionalism and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service by accurately assessing customer concerns and effectively communicating service recommendations and pricing.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs for all labor types including internal.
- Collaborate with the service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Lead and supervise a team of service advisors, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
- Monitor and manage service department performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and manufacturer updates to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is required.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building customer relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using automotive service software and computer systems.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, pricing, and industry standards.
