Shipping Coordinator

HydraMaster LLC (Everett, WA) is a leading manufacturer of industrial machines for the cleaning industry. We currently have an opportunity in our Warehouse department.


There is an immediate need for a dependable individual with an excellent work ethic, the proper set of skills and experience to join our warehouse team and support our manufacturing efforts.


Required skills and experiences include:

Experience working as a shipping and receiving person in a manufacturing company (preferred). The candidate must show experience of working independently and prioritizing pick, pack and shipping of pallets. Demonstrates experience with software to complete freight bills and coordinating with carriers for pick up. Understands receiving process of checking inbound packing slips, data entry and moving materials to point of use. Must have cycle counting and inventory control skills and experience.


The primary position responsibilities (including but not limited to) are:

  • Palletizing machines and parts for shipment.
  • Complete accurately all freight bills.
  • Coordinate with transportation companies for shipment/pick up.
  • Picking of build materials for machines.
  • Reliable transportation and be on time; some overtime required.
  • Work as a part of a larger team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have computer skills necessary to look up locations, part quantities on hand, etc.

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

Able to climb stairs and reach over head

Able to pick parts from heightened areas.

Able to read, write and speak English effectively.

Able to lift 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis.

Prior forklift driving experience preferred.
