Universal Hands Care Services is currently seeking for an Office administrator with home health billing and prior authorization experience. Candidate must be self-driven, work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-schedule appointments for potential employee candidates
-Receive office calls and communications for referrals and provide timely feedback to customers
- follow up on required office responsibilities such filing documents, faxes, communications, answer calls, notify responsible parties about time sensitive communications
-Obtain timely prior authorization from Agency contracted insurance companies prior to first skilled visit.
-Schedule virtual meetings and conferences for staff and clients.
-Complete administrative tasks as they arise on a daily basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
