We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team. In this role reporting to the CEO, you will have 24 hour a day/seven day a week responsibility for the Human Resources Departments in a large and busy hospital. This role provides professional level planning, reporting and analysis to support the goals and objectives of the organization; resolves conflicts to protect the organization's assets; provides expertise and recommendations to support management decisions. The HRD ensures the department is in compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as accrediting and regulatory agencies. Additionally, the role includes oversight of the full-cycle recruitment process, employee relations, HRIS, employee file organization, workers compensation, performance evaluation process, employee benefits and general overall compliance with all other federal, state and regulatory compliance guidelines.

Qualifications
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: Master in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Experience: 3 years in human resource administration preferred; previous healthcare HR experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification: PHR or SPHR preferred
