Are you an experienced maintenance technician? Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral is looking for you! We are currently recruiting for a part-time Maintenance Technician.
Position Summary
- Performs facility maintenance duties for the hospital including repairs, enhancements and maintenance to buildings and grounds
- Assists with documentation and inspections as they relate maintaining regulatory requirements
- Assists staff with special projects involving room setups, moving office furniture, etc.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Technical education preferred.
Experience: General experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC experience in repairs and maintenance. Strong painting skills preferred.
Licensure/Certification: CPI/CPR Certification training provided upon hire.
Other: Oral communication skills; legible handwriting; ability to concentrate on tasks in high traffic areas; ability to maintain information as highly confidential; able to meet deadlines and set priorities; skills in dealing courteously with the public and with patients and staff within the organization; ability to work with minimal supervision; flexibility.
