This position will operate in our cold storage warehouse. We will provide the necessary gear for the cold conditions.

Warehouse Team Member Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize an electric pallet jack to load, unload, move, stack, stage and count product materials
- Use a forklift to load, unload, move, stack, stage and count product and material
- Performing inventory counts for accuracy and discrepancies
- Shipping and receiving duties as assigned
- Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving and put-a-way
- Safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and equipment
- Perform order filler and checker duties
- Maintain equipment and perform pre-operation checks according to policy
- Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Excellent attendance and punctuality for an hourly role
- Handle any minor tasks related to duties of the position
Warehouse Team Member Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Three months Material Handling Equipment/Forklift experience preferred
- Experience using warehouse management and inventory systems preferred
- Experience with the refrigeration, warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience following safety procedures preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, and write)
- Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Warehouse Team Member Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required. This would require the ability to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally.
- This role operates in a wet and cold/refrigerated environment (between 38 and -20 degrees Fahrenheit) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production-type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for duration of shift.
