What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Universal Ready Mix?
Our company is looking for a full time Bookkeeper. Must be familiar with Quickbooks and Excel. Will be doing payroll using ADP software.
Duties:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing using ADP.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in financial records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
