POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates volunteer membership by developing and implementing internal and external initiatives for recruitment, retention and recognition of the volunteer programs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field is preferred. Five years minimum community outreach/volunteer programs experience is required. (Experience may be substituted for college courses).
LICENSURE
Certification in Volunteer Administration (CVA) is preferred. Maintains a valid driver's license.
