DescriptionThis position serves as an entry level, registry eligible technologist in the non-invasive vascular laboratory with the possibility of traveling to vascular lab satellite offices. The Vascular Specialist I will be trained and must be willing to learn all aspects of vascular lab testing, have basic knowledge of pathology/ultrasound and be able to meet all IAC standards for CMEs, and assist in department QA process. The Vascular Specialist I will be responsible for achieving their RVT/VT within one year of hire. Basic knowledge of vascular anatomy. Basic knowledge of the vascular pathology. Basic knowledge of ultrasound equipment. Ability to learn to use all types of vascular ultrasound equipment; basic computer skills; good communication skills.
