We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. Your duties will include:

- Conducting routine inspections of equipment and systems

- Performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance

- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

- Fabricating and welding components as needed

- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment

- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
