General Responsibilities On a shift-by-shift basis, to maximize resource efficiency through precise placement of the right person in the right place. Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Ensures optimal staffing for all assigned areas, shift-by-shift. Communicates with unit shift leaders to define imminent gaps in staffing and identifies options for resolution.
2. Utilizes system tools to identify gaps in the upcoming shift coverage. With the assistance of the RMC manager, prioritizes needs and assigns/reallocates resources.
3. Collaborates with the NRC to respond effectively to unanticipated changes during a given shift.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of experience in institutional healthcare required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Licenses / Certifications / Registrations None required.
