Required Experience:
Active RN License
BSN required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Four (4) years of clinical experience, including at least two (2) years experience in the specialty area for the position
Two (2) years of experience in a leadership role (including Charge Nurse, Team Lead, or RN IV level at UAMS)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Able to follow oral and written instructions and communicate with other effectively
Ability to document services provided
Understanding of regulatory and compliance organizations/agencies
Excellent customer relations skills
Understands and abides by confidentiality policies
Preferred Experience:
Master's in Nursing
Experience in an academic medical setting
National Nursing Certification in the specialty area of for the position

Responsibilities:
Independently provide theory and evidence-based knowledge for Inpatient/Outpatient nursing staff
Collaborate with administrative leaders for area leadership
Focus on orientation, professional development, skills validation, evidence-based practice, and regulatory compliance
Lead in shared governance, nurse sensitive quality indicators, and performance improvement
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team as leader, consultant, and change agent
Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills
Interact with and assist public professionally
Maintain strict confidentiality
Foster positive relationships with co-workers, management, and ancillary departments
Follow Patient and Family Centered Care and Code of Conduct Guidelines
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Perform other assigned duties
