Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
To perform the job successfully, the following competencies are required for the essential functions of this position:
Required Education and/or Work Experience: Ph.D. in Management, Entrepreneurship, or appropriately related field from an accredited institution (ABD with completion date no later than August 2024 considered) OR Master's degree in Business combined with extensive professional experience with an entrepreneurship/small business center
Preferred Education and/or Work Experience: Previous experience assisting small business or entrepreneurs. Previous teaching experience across multiple delivery modes including full online; extensive knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to the profession
