This recruitment is for a Temporary Compliance Administrative Assistant (Project Policy Analyst II) through UCI's internal temporary service at the UCI Campus in Irvine. Position is primarily on-site, with possible hybrid work options.
Reporting to the Division of Equal Opportunity and Compliance's (DEOC) policy unit, the Temporary Compliance Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Vice Chancellor and Directors in the division. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review and manage the policy email inbox
- Update the Conflict of Interest program database using an electronic filing system
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for Management Team
- Manage and review Management Team’s calendars
- Scan and prepare case files
- Review reports and outgoing communications for accuracy and completeness
Compensation Range: $23.47/hr.
Required:
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Previous administrative & data-entry support
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Preferred:
- Previous executive or C-Level support experience
