- Managing “hot desk”, shared spaces, and dedicated office spaces for facility tenants
- Providing support services for industry and academic interactions as required
- Coordinating requirements for conference rooms with applicable A/V and IT equipment as needed
- Performing a variety of complex administrative tasks involving some discretion and requiring moderate amounts of independent judgment related to the oversight of the daily operations of the business
- Coordinating with other parts of the University and/or clients as needed
- Serving as central point of contact for Digital Transformation Center
- Answering phones and emails
- Managing key card access for building
- Assist in preparation of Division quotes and proposals
- Support team with financial tracking, monthly project reviews to resolve financial discrepancies, identify contractual actions that need to occur, etc.
- Work with team leads, office head, and employees to resolve labor or timecard issues
- Verify accuracy of purchase orders, invoices, reports, and deliverables to sponsor
- Process new purchase orders, payment of invoices through procurement system
- Provide assistance to DH and staff organizing key event/calendar/travel arrangements
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree in related field OR a High School diploma/GED with minimum of four years of diverse, progressive administrative experience and training
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated skill handling highly detailed tasks/projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Self-starter
- Ability to work on-site
- Due to the nature of this position, U.S. citizenship is required
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Two (2) years of experience with office administration
- Familiarity with military support structure, policies, and procedures
- Proficient with MS Excel, namely application of formulas

A federal court on December 7, 2021, issued a ruling that suspends the COVID-19 vaccine requirement that applies to federal contractors nationwide.
