Preferred Qualifications Position Summary This incumbent assists in the operation and maintenance of boats, vessels, and marine equipment.
The employee reports to the Marine Superintendent, and work is performed under the direct supervision of the Captain of the vessel.

- Basic knowledge of marine maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a variety of conditions, climate controlled and outdoor environments.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain working relationships in a diverse environment.
Physical Demands
- Lift and carry pounds repeatedly throughout the work day.
- Work at sea for periods of several days to several weeks.
- Driving as needed to perform job duties.
