Position Summary:
The primary purpose of the
Law Library Circulation Technician is to assist in the daily operations and management of Law Library Circulation team including the supervisor of student desk workers.
Founded in 1889, the University of Idaho is the state's land grant university and is a comprehensive research institution with its main campus in Moscow. With a first year entering class of approximately 130 students, equally split between the two campuses, the University of Idaho College of Law is ranked as one of the "Best Value Law Schools" by Pre-Law Magazine. Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a library.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, email software and centralized computer information systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing library services in an academic environment.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing a library circulation desk.
