Job Description Summary:
Faculty Position in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Physician will be responsible for management of the rehabilitation and pain needs for complex cancer patients, along with teaching and scholarly activity.

Job Description:
Required Qualifications

Education/Certification: Board Certified/Board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Preferred Qualifications

Work experience:
Fellowship training

Spine/pain intervention experience

Job Duties:
Develop and market cancer rehabilitation program and spinal/musculoskeletal disorder clinic.

Provide complex pain medication management.

Provide clinical procedures including: nerve blocks, trigger point injections, steroid injections, botox therapy, etc.

Customize oncology rehabilitation therapy plans for patients.

General PM&R musculoskeletal medicine.

Teach residents, medical students, and other scholarly activity.

Other duties as assigned.
