Job Description Summary:
The Telehealth Senior Coordinator serves as a first point of contact across telehealth projects and is responsible for the efficient coordination of across telehealth projects' day to day procedures. They manage the executive director's calendar. The coordinator will also coordinate activities across clinical and research telehealth trainees. Requires ability to function well as a team member. Job Description:
Required Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree or more advanced degree in education, communication, health sciences, nursing, public health, health/business administration, or a related field.
Work Experience : Requires experience or willingness to learn support skills for telehealth technologies. Requires own transportation and driving license, occasional travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
Education : A Master's or advanced training in project management and practice performance improvement is preferred.
Work Experience :
Experience with rural healthcare, primary care, and/or behavioral health is a plus.
Experience with project-related technologies including telehealth/telehealth.
Skills : Establish priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve work goals.
Job Duties Outlined:
Provide administrative support for telehealth project team leaders in managing daily operations, including triaging intake questions to team members and collecting/entering data associated with grant reporting requirements
Provide administrative and operational support across telehealth projects educational events
Assist in completing components related to continuing education.
Maintenance of certification requirements.
Assist in developing and updating promotional materials related to telehealth project activities.
Assist with updating and maintaining telehealth projects web, social media, and promotional materials.
Assist with community partners with triaging general technology-related questions and directing if more technical assistance is needed.
Assist in maintaining a contacts database related to internal and external partners.
Assist in engagement activities with internal and external partners
Orient sites to distance education expectations, including technical components and videoconferencing etiquette.
Lead scheduling components related to telehealth projects activities, including maintaining a calendar and sending reminders.
Assist with broader operational activities, including scheduling appointments, taking minutes, assisting with completing travel documentation, and completing office-related tasks (copying, etc.) as needed.
