Position Overview
We are seeking a student worker who, under supervision, will perform a range of office support assignments within the C&PE Department office. The student will assist with creating marketing materials, editing current materials, and assist with updating our public-facing website and digital hall screens. The student will also contribute to social media posts and ideas for the division’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
Job Description
75% - Edit current materials and assist with updating our public-facing website and digital hall screens
20% - Contribute to social media posts and ideas for the department’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat
5% - Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience using Adobe products, graphic design, photography, social media platforms, and updating websites
- KU Student must be enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours each semester during the academic year. Enrollment of one (1) hour during the summer session is required if the student was not enrolled in the previous spring or is not pre-enrolled in the upcoming fall term.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with KU CMS-Sunflower Software
