Admissions Counselors educates first-year, adult, transfer, and graduate students, as well as parents/family members, and school counselors, about the University of Southern Maine and the college selection, application, and admissions process. This position does require extensive travel and requires extended hours including evenings and weekends, during various time periods.

These are full-time positions with an annual salary of up to $42,450. The schedule for this position is flexible, based primarily during business hours, and requires evening and weekend on-call responsibilities. One position will be based on our Gorham Campus and the other on our Portland Campus. Travel to other USM campuses in Portland or Lewiston-Auburn may be required, as well as other travel stated in the job description.
